This project involved refurbishing kitchen/dining facilities to modern standards and included equipment, which reflected the change of emphasis toward healthier school meals brought about by the Jamie Oliver campaign.

The project involved co-ordinating and managing building work to school meals premises on 54 sites across the North West.
