Almina Centre

The project involved refurbishing and fitting-out a light industrial warehouse facility at Sefton Street in Liverpool to form a training facility for members of the local community.

The scheme provided new mechanical and electrical installations including new passenger lifts, heating, lighting, power and ventilation. Adaptations and improvements to fabric included asbestos removal, formation of new window openings, reroofing and full internal refurbishment to room layouts and finishes.
