Construction of new dairy farm together with refurbishment of existing farm buildings for The Veterinary Faculty of Liverpool University. The new farm includes accommodation for the dairy herd design to meet the highest standards of animal welfare. The project includes a new milking parlour, tank rooms and office together with a 10,000 cubic metre slurry lagoon.

The farm is run on a commercial basis but is also designed to allow The Veterinary Faculty to provide first hand farm based experience to students.
