North Liverpool Regeneration Centre
Works consisted of the internal and external refurbishment and re-modelling to a 1920's former primary school.
The internal refurbishment works took the form of re-modelling the existing basement and 1st floors, the key objective being to provide new office space on the 1st floor, which could be offered to the commercial rental market. The basement was re-modelled to provide a community centre providing a Large Hall, Kitchen, Relaxation Area, I.T. Suite, Shower & WC facilities.
Internal re-modelling works were carried out to the ground floor to form a newly refurbished office area. Works to this ground floor area also included the provision of a new kitchen/cafe area and refurbishment of the existing community hall.
External works took the form of replacement windows and doors to the existing single storey building, complete re-roofing to flat and pitched roof areas and the construction of a new external lift shaft to provide full accessibility to the newly refurbished 1st floor offices.
