Cunliffes is a Property and Construction Consultancy established in 1983 by Terry Cunliffe. The Practice has grown steadily to its present position and has extensive professional experience providing integrated services to local and national clients.

The Practice has a proven track record in Cost Consultancy, Building Surveying, Project Management and Design Services.

Cunliffes have a wide range of clients including Local Authorities, Primary, Secondary & Higher Education Establishments, various Diocese, Community Organisations, Financial Institutions, Housing Associations, Healthcare Providers, Developers and Private Clients.

Cunliffes can offer expert design & curriculum analysis to the education sector with our own in-house specialist education teams and are closely involved in the delivery of projects in the Primary and Secondary Education Sectors. The Practice is at the forefront of development and changes in DfES procedures including funding and design criteria and contributes to direct consultation with the DfES.

Our approach is to research and understand our clients' property needs and tailor bespoke services to meet those needs. We are passionate about what we do and this has helped develop a close working relationship with a wide variety of clients.
