Cunliffes is a dynamic property and construction consultancy specialising in all aspects of building surveying, cost consultancy, project management and design.

Established as a quantity surveying practice in 1983 by Terry Cunliffe, building surveying services were added in 1993 when Tony Mulhearn joined the practice. Design services and project management commissions flourished and were consolidated when Phil Johnston and Paul Roberts joined the team.

With our base on Merseyside, the practice has grown steadily to its present position and has extensive professional experience providing integrated services to local and national clients.
